In the last three years I cannot think of a day that our twins did not come out of nursery happy. The staff are amazing and always go the extra mile! I cannot thank Rupert and his amazing team enough for the last 3 years.
Everyday is an adventure with so many activities and opportunities to play and learn.
We are so lucky that our twins got to experience the nurture and joy that Okewood nursery brings on a daily basis.
My twins have been at Okewood 2 years and are leavers this year. They have thoroughly enjoyed their time at Okewood and we will greatly miss everyone. Rupert and the team provide a safe environment where children can be children while also learning everything they need to prepare them for school. The outdoor areas are incredible and always being upgraded and new adventures put in.
It’s difficult to imagine a more perfect setting for little ones to spend their days. As soon as we walked into The Nest we knew it was where we wanted to send our little one. There’s a wonderful balance of experience and youth amongst the team and their constant dedication to making sure your wishes and requests are fulfilled is really impressive and makes it very clear that this is not just a business. Regular updates and chats about your child’s progress are consistent and accurate and if you have any worries about anything Kate and her team are quick to support and resolve with a really personal touch. If you haven’t yet seen the place I strongly recommend you pop down, meet the team, and you’ll no doubt make the same decision we did. Outstanding!
Rupert, Kate, Leah and Lilly make for the most perfect team at The Nest. It is not run like a business where they need ‘bums on seats’. They offer an individualised programme for each and every baby. Nothing is too much hassle and they bend over backwards to accommodate your ever evolving needs. Their ratios are the best we have seen. You genuinely feel like you’re dropping your child off at a family member’s house. Their communication, consistency and care are the most reassuring for any parent leaving their 1 year old for the first time. Couldn’t rate it more highly.
The children and staff always seem happy 😊 I love the energy their and love it that Lily and Leah are crazy and make the children giggle and keep them safe, also sending regular updates. They are lovely girls. The children and staff seem so happy now, especially since they got a new manager Kate. Well done girls keep up the hard work. I would recommend to everyone 😊
We are confident our little boy is in the best hands at the Nest. It’s clear from the daily updates how nurturing and encouraging the team are. They are excited to tell us about the developments and progress of each day on pick up and that means a lot. They are truly invested in the children.
The activity set ups are diverse and engaging and the variety of toys and equipment is brilliant. We can see from the photos how much fun is being had and the relaxed and happy demeanours from both the children and team members are so reassuring. We love the woodland setting and how much time the children spend outdoors in nature.
We appreciate the huge efforts of the staff and the lengths they go to, keeping the children safe and feeling secure and happy in the homely environment they have created. We can head off to work feeling confident our little one is having a lovely time.
Our little one has been at Okewood Nursery for just over a year and we couldn’t be happier with the care he has received. The team are so warm and nurturing. They have really got to know him as an individual and have helped him grow in confidence, independence and curiosity. We cannot wait to see what else is to come!
Okewood has a lovely outside area and the children spend so much time exploring the woodlands and learning through nature. It’s such a joy to see how much he enjoys his days with them.
There is a real home from home feel and it truly feels like a second home for him, where he is safe, loved and thriving. We are so grateful to the whole team for creating such a special place.
